Devasted is a Colombian thrash metal band formed in 2008, recognized for its aggressive sound and thematic focus on war, corruption, and social chaos. Originating in Valle del Cauca, COL and later established in Bogotá, the band has built a solid identity within the Latin American Thrash metal scene, combining speed, precision, and a raw aesthetic reminiscent of the old‑school tradition. 

Through my time as part of Devasted, from 2020 to 2021, I contributed a powerful and articulate rhythmic foundation next to the solid bass rhythm from Eduardo and the clean riffing from William that you can see in the recording of Guillotina and Resiliente. This tight sound took us to various stages along the city and lead us to our participation on TV.

Currently, Devasted remains one of the most representative forces in contemporary Colombian thrash metal with a complete new line-up.
